Ratecard - Online Customer Service Training

Tourism for All’s suite of online customer service training comprises 6 standard courses:

  • Great Service for Disabled Customers (Attraction staff)
  • Great Service for Disabled Customers (Front of House staff)
  • Great Service for Disabled Customers (Guest Service staff)
  • Great Service for Disabled Customers (Reception staff)
  • Great Service for Disabled Customers (Sales and Office staff)
  • Great Service for Disabled Customers (Small Businesses)

The courses are available through 2 channels:

  • Smaller businesses or organisations can be set up to access the standard courses they require through the standard Tourism for All training area, in Tourism for All branding. These businesses and organisations are provided with instructions to allow them to set up users on the TFA Training platform and check on their progress through courses.
  • Larger businesses, hotel and attraction chains, industry associations and Destination Management Organisations (DMOs) can be given their own dedicated areas on the TFA Training platform, branded in their own livery, within which they can present liveried versions of the standard courses they require. Branches / outlets and member businesses can self register to access the courses in this area and to make them available to their staff.

Tourism for All’s suite of online customer service training is available at 5 levels, to suit organisations of all sizes and all types.

Small business (up to 20 staff) - £150 (no VAT) for 12 months

This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the standard Tourism for All training area, for up to 20 staff. We understand that staffing can be seasonal and subject to a degree of turnover, so we are happy to be flexible in the numbers of staff who actually login and take the training, provided that this is at a reasonable level.

Medium business (up to 75 staff) - £500 (no VAT) for 12 months

This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the standard Tourism for All training area, for up to 75 staff. We understand that staffing can be seasonal and subject to a degree of turnover, so we are happy to be flexible in the numbers of staff who actually login and take the training, provided that this is at a reasonable level.

Large business – standard TFA training area (unlimited staff) - £1,000 (no VAT) for 12 months

This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the standard Tourism for All training area, for an unlimited number of staff in all the client’s branches or outlets.

Large business – dedicated liveried training area (unlimited staff) - £1,500 (no VAT) for 12 months

This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the client’s own dedicated, liveried area on the TFA Training platform, for an unlimited number of staff in all the client’s branches or outlets. This fee includes the set up of the client’s dedicated, liveried training area and the creation of liveried versions of the standard courses the client requires.

Chain / Industry Association / DMO - £2,500 (no VAT) for 12 months

This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the client’s own dedicated, liveried area on the TFA Training platform, for an unlimited number of staff in all the client’s branches, outlets or member businesses. This fee includes the set up of the client’s dedicated, liveried training area and the creation of liveried versions of the standard courses the client requires.
