TFA Training

Tourism for All’s online training courses are built and hosted on our own purpose-built training platform. The TFA Training platform provides a toolset which enables us to build online training courses which cover all aspects of customer service, from disability and accessibility awareness to more specialised technical and practical training.

The TFA Training platform uses a modular approach to building courses. Each module can include interactive features which enable students to learn at their own pace and by “discovering” knowledge, rather than simply being presented with information. Each module includes a test on the material within it.

Modules are assembled into courses, with each module being reusable within multiple courses. Each course has its own introduction. This structure enables courses which suit particular situations and requirements, such as job-specific or personalised courses, to be developed easily and quickly from a combination of existing and new modules, rather than having to take a more generic ‘one course fits all situations’ approach.
